Booking & Getting Started
- How do I book a delivery with Pinified?
- Visit pinified.com/book, enter pickup and drop-off addresses, select your preferred vehicle or courier option, and confirm. You'll receive a booking confirmation instantly via email and SMS.
- Do I need to create an account to book?
- No. You can book as a guest. Creating an account gives you order history, saved addresses, and faster repeat bookings.
- Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
- Yes. When booking you can choose 'Scheduled Pickup' and set a future date and time. Express on-demand pickups happen within 15–30 minutes of booking.
- What information do I need to book?
- Pickup address, delivery address, approximate package weight/dimensions, and your contact number. For COD deliveries you'll also set the collection amount.
Express Delivery (Mumbai)
- How fast is express delivery in Mumbai?
- Our partner riders pick up within 15–30 minutes of booking confirmation. Most intra-city deliveries complete within 1–3 hours depending on distance and traffic.
- Which vehicles are available for express delivery?
- 2-wheelers (bikes/scooters) for packages up to 10 kg, 3-wheelers for up to 100 kg, and mini-trucks for larger loads. The app recommends the best option based on your package.
- Which areas in Mumbai are covered?
- We cover all of Greater Mumbai including South Mumbai, Andheri, Bandra, Kurla, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding suburbs up to a 50 km radius from central Mumbai.
- Can I track my express delivery in real time?
- Yes. After booking you get a live map link. You can see the rider's location in real time until delivery is completed.
Nationwide Courier
- How many pincodes does Pinified courier cover?
- Over 18,000 pincodes across India. Enter your destination pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability.
- How long does nationwide courier take?
- Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on the destination. Express courier options with faster timelines are available at checkout.
- What is the maximum package weight for courier?
- Up to 50 kg per shipment for standard courier. For heavier freight, contact us at hello@pinified.com for a custom quote.
- Is insurance available for my courier shipment?
- Yes. You can add shipment protection during checkout. Covered up to the declared value of your goods.
Pricing & Payment
- What does courier delivery cost?
- Nationwide courier starts from ₹40 for small packages. Price depends on weight, dimensions, and destination. Get an instant quote on our booking page.
- What does express Mumbai delivery cost?
- Express 2-wheeler delivery starts from ₹52. Pricing is distance-based and shown upfront at booking — no hidden charges.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet balance. Cash on Delivery (COD) collection is available for business accounts.
- Is there a cancellation fee?
- Cancellations before rider assignment are free. After a rider is assigned, a small fee may apply to cover the rider's travel costs.
Prohibited Items & Restrictions
- What items cannot be shipped with Pinified?
- We do not ship: flammable/hazardous materials, explosives, illegal drugs, live animals, perishable food without proper packaging, currency notes, and any item prohibited under Indian postal law.
- Can I ship electronics and mobile phones?
- Yes. Pack electronics securely. For high-value items, we strongly recommend adding shipment protection at checkout.
- Can I ship documents and legal papers?
- Yes. Document envelopes are accepted for both express and nationwide courier. Use our express delivery for urgent legal documents in Mumbai.
Business & API
- Does Pinified offer bulk or business accounts?
- Yes. Business accounts get volume discounts, dedicated support, monthly billing, and API access for automated booking. Contact hello@pinified.com to get started.
- Is there an API for integrating Pinified into my platform?
- Yes. We offer a REST API for booking, tracking, and webhooks. Reach out to hello@pinified.com for API documentation and sandbox access.
- Does Pinified offer COD (Cash on Delivery) services?
- Yes. COD is available for both express delivery and nationwide courier. Collected amounts are settled directly to your registered bank account.
