Terms of Service – Pinified

Welcome to Pinified (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website at pinified.com, mobile applications, or any logistics services offered by Pinified (“Services”), you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using Pinified on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Services Description
Pinified provides the following logistics services:
- Express Vehicle Delivery: On-demand booking of 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers for same-day intracity delivery in Mumbai.
- Courier & Package Delivery: Nationwide door-to-door parcel shipping to 18,000+ pincodes across India.
- Delivery Partner Program: Platform for drivers and fleet owners to register and receive delivery assignments.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@pinified.com.
- Pinified reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Booking and Orders
- All bookings are subject to availability of delivery partners in your area.
- Prices shown at the time of booking are final, inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Pinified reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of force majeure, fraud, or policy violations.
- For express delivery, estimated pickup times are indicative and not guaranteed.
5. Prohibited Items
You agree not to use Pinified’s services to ship the following:
- Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable goods
- Narcotics, controlled substances, or illegal drugs
- Counterfeit goods or items infringing intellectual property rights
- Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals above declared limits
- Live animals or perishable items without prior written approval
- Any item prohibited under applicable Indian law
Violation of this clause may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made at the time of booking unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments through our authorized payment gateway.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the delivery partner will collect payment at the time of delivery. Remittance to the sender will occur within the agreed timeline (typically 2-3 business days).
- Failed payments will result in order cancellation.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before a delivery partner is assigned at no charge.
- Cancellation after driver assignment may attract a cancellation fee.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- No refunds are applicable after successful delivery.
8. Liability and Limitations
- Pinified’s liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to ₹5,000 per shipment unless additional insurance was purchased.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, natural calamities, government orders, or other force majeure events.
- Pinified is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the sender.
- Claims for damage must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
9. Delivery Partner Terms
If you register as a delivery partner (“Driver” or “Partner”):
- You confirm that you hold a valid driving license and vehicle registration.
- You agree to complete all KYC verification as required by Pinified.
- You operate as an independent contractor, not an employee of Pinified.
- You are responsible for maintaining your vehicle in roadworthy condition.
- You agree to handle all shipments with care and professionalism.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on pinified.com, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Pinified Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of Pinified’s Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Modifications to Terms
Pinified reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
